Teddy's hand moves over, just enough for the backs of his knuckles to brush against the back of Billy's, and he swallows against the tightness in his throat. It's probably a sign that he's a petty jackass, aka a seventeen year old boy, but the apology helps, even though he knows Billy has nothing to be sorry for.
